QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor or master’s in marketing/economics with a min 2 years Interactive/Digital Marketing experience
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French and or Italian would be beneficial
Product and project management experience following and driving the go-to-market of digital products
- Digital Marketing knowledge: understanding the digital marketing landscape (SEO SEM Digital Advertising Email marketing social media) and demonstrate the ability to work on digital user journeys
Brand sensitivity: being able to work in consistency with the brand equity and values applying the business objectives considering the boundaries of the brand
Problem solving defining a problem being able to slice the problem into different pieces identifying and selecting alternatives being proactive proposing solutions and implementing them

Responsibilities:
Deliver digital products services and projects as landing pages microsites product pages and E-commerce platform enhancements based on the channel sales objectives and supporting Global Marketing campaigns
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns that include multiple digital touchpoints based on the brief shared by the Global Marketing team
- Be point of contact for creative UX/UI Designers and Developers to advise and guide the development of components and templates to be leveraged by the E-commerce Content Strategy & Ops team
- Support the E-commerce merchandise on the website coordinating with different departments to create voyage categories and execute the connected commercial strategy
- Support test of new releases to ensure the quality of the delivery
- Provide performance metrics in collaboration with the Analytics team to measure the success of the initiatives and identify areas for improvement
