Role: Technology & Management Consultant – Government & E‑Governance Experience: 6–10 years Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a Technology & Management Consultant to drive end‑to‑end delivery of e‑Governance projects in collaboration with government departments. The ideal candidate brings strong program management, stakeholder engagement with senior officials, public procurement expertise, and hands‑on experience implementing large-scale digital public services (e.g., citizen portals, workflow automation, MIS/analytics, interoperability, and cybersecurity controls). Key Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and governance of e‑Governance projects; manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and vendor performance. Engage with Secretaries/Commissioners/HODs and PMU/SeMT teams; prepare briefings, notes, and decision memos. Draft/Review RFPs, SOWs, bid evaluations, contracts; ensure compliance with GFR, CPSE/State rules, GeM, and audit requirements. Translate policy objectives into technical architectures (enterprise, application, data, and security); oversee solution design and UAT. Drive change management, capacity building, and citizen‑centric service design; monitor KPIs, SLAs, and beneficiary outcomes. Ensure data privacy, cybersecurity (ISO 27001 controls), and regulatory alignment (IT Act, CERT‑In directions, MeitY guidelines). Required Qualifications B.E./B.Tech/Equivalent (preferred: MBA/PGDM/MPA). 6–10 years in consulting/IT program management; 4+ years in Government/E‑Governance delivery. Proven experience working with senior officials; excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong in public procurement, contract management, vendor governance, and project financials Good to Have Certifications: PRINCE2/PMP, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, ISO 27001 LA/LI, TOGAF, CISA/CISSP (any).
