Responsibilities
  • Assist with the DSPV contract management process, including tracking contract lifecycles, supporting execution of Exhibits, and coordinating renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate invoice submissions, track payments, and assist with vendor-related financial queries through Insmed’s Procurement and Finance systems (e.g., Jaggaer).
  • Support the DSPV budget process, including monitoring expenses, reconciling actuals vs. forecast, and helping prepare budget reports and forecasting input.
  • Maintain contract and budget tracking tools and dashboards to support transparency, oversight, and decision-making.
  • Assist in maintaining DSPV SharePoint folders and other systems used to organize documents and resources related to vendor management and business support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and other teams to support alignment on business support processes impacting pharmacovigilance.
  • Support internal process documentation and updates (e.g., SOPs, work instructions) related to PV contracts and business operations
  • Provide support on special projects or initiatives tied to DSPV continuous improvement efforts
