You will be part of Pandora Latam Team in an international organization of can-do spirited, passionate, and performance-driven people.   We are seeking a creative and results-driven E-Commerce Trade Specialist to join our Panamá team, driving sales through optimizing the online trading activities of our ecommerce platform in line with commercial and brand objectives   Your Role as an E-Commerce Trade Specialist:    Commercial Operations   Provide clear and concise commercial insight into performance Execute promotions and offers accurately and on schedule Support the eCommerce Manager in the sales planning process Configure promotional bundles and mechanics in the eCommerce platform   Online Catalog   Categorize products effectively to enhance customer shopping experience Launch of new collections through our Online channel   Digital experience   Participate in UAT and support the launch of any new digital features Collaborate with SEO agencies to maintain best practices and performance Conduct minor A/B testing on website content to optimize engagement and conversion   What is needed to succeed:   Bachelor’s degree: Marketing and similar 3-5 years of solid experience working within E-Commerce Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry is a plus Experience from global organization  Fluent in English and Spanish – verbally and written  Ability to collaborate cross-functionally   Did we get your attention?     If you see yourself in the position and would like to become a part of Pandora’s future, please do not hesitate to apply.
