You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients presenting with acute and urgent medical conditions. As a Specialist in Emergency Medicine at a Government Healthcare Facility, you will be instrumental in delivering timely and effective emergency interventions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Your dedication and expertise will contribute significantly to the high standards of emergency care expected in government healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: Triage and evaluate patients with emergency medical conditions in a timely manner Perform emergency procedures and provide critical care interventions Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic imaging tests Stabilize critically ill or injured patients and initiate appropriate treatment plans Document patient care and maintain comprehensive medical records Coordinate care with other medical and allied health professionals Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-emergency care Participate in training and development programs aimed at improving emergency services Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with appropriate licensure to practice in the healthcare jurisdiction Board certification in Emergency Medicine Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in emergency medicine, preferably within government healthcare facilities Proficiency in emergency procedures and advanced life support techniques Strong decision-making skills and the ability to perform under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to ongoing professional development Valid certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends Benefits are a Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance.
