Description
Support objectives and deliverables for continuous improvement projects. This includes using LEAN tools to help deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify preventive measures to keep processes working as designed. Create meeting materials and presentations. Support centralized communication process. Create and manage SharePoint sites. Lead cross-functional tasks, assignments, and projects in support of labor teams including hourly hiring strategy, job security programs, negotiations, wage administration, etc. Support and deliver National/Local negotiation planning initiatives including training material and workshops. Support National Negotiations contractual language control process. Manage National Negotiations facility matters, budget, food services, etc. Ad hoc research and other assignments as required. Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience. Minimum 3 years of work experience with a with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Employee Relations or a related field. Ability to build consensus with stakeholders. Plant labor relations preferred (negotiations experience is beneficial)
