Job Responsibilities Grievance Handling: Manage employee complaints and concerns, ensuring timely and fair resolution in line with company policies. Policy Guidance: Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance. Documentation and Case Management: Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and prepare reports for HR leadership. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to labor laws, ethical standards, and internal HR policies. Training and Awareness: Support the delivery of training programs on workplace behavior, ethics, and grievance redressal. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HRBPs, legal, and business leaders to address employee issues effectively and proactively. Education Bachelor’s degree in human resource or equivalent.Experience Minimum five years of experience in HR. Language Fluency in Arabic and English.
