ROLE SUMMARY We’re hiring a Specialist Engineer in Machine Learning to join the development of AI-powered tools that improve automation, decision-making, and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you’ll apply your skills in Python, ML frameworks, and data engineering to build intelligent systems. You’ll work with multi-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life in a fast-paced, real-world financial environment. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Build and deploy machine learning models and AI agents for financial applications. Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate intelligent systems into digital platforms. Monitor and optimize model performance using analytics and feedback. SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE REQUIRES Strong technical foundation in ML, GenAI, and LLMs. Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions. Proactivity and collaborative approach to problem-solving. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Design, develop, and maintain ML models using Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and other relevant libraries. Build and fine-tune GenAI applications using frameworks like LangChain and Strands. Create AI agents that automate and enhance financial market operations. Work closely with business teams and product teams to ensure flawless integration of ML solutions. Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model accuracy. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to real-world problems. Participate in code reviews, model validation, and performance tuning. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Essential Skills: Proven experience in AI/ML. Proficiency in Python and SQL. Hands-on experience with ML libraries (Scikit-learn, PyTorch). Experience with GenAI tools and frameworks (LangChain, Strands). Strong understanding of LLMs and AI agent architectures. Desirable Skills: Experience in financial services or fintech. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS. Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines. Soft Skills: Analytical thinking and problem-solving. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
