To enhance our successful Operations Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate Specialist/ Engineer - Plant Engineering (Test) Your Responsibilities Support the development, optimization, and stabilization of manufacturing processes. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth product launch and ramp-up. Perform process capability studies, yield analysis, and continuous improvement activities. Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Provide technical support to production in daily operations, ensuring minimal downtime and scrap. Participate in cost reduction, automation, and productivity improvement projects. Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO).
