JOB SUMMARY:

To support the engineering department in managing spare parts inventory includes controlled issuance, purchase requisitions, Capex, payment against proforma invoices and maintenance records in SAP, ensuring compliance with cGMP and company procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Associate’s diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related technical field.

EXPERIENCE:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering with 2-3 years of experience.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and SAP or willingness to learn SAP.

SKILLS:

Ø Basic understanding of engineering equipment used in pharmaceutical formulation.
Ø Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) — training will be provided.
Ø Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ø Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ø Familiarity with spare parts cataloguing and inventory concepts.
Ø Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills
