• Maintaining discount groups in the ERP system
• Creating and maintaining customer conditions and bonus provisions, as well as price lists at European level
• Creating and assigning customer groups at European level
• Maintaining prices at item level
• Evaluations via BI
• European Key User Pricing
• Contact person for topic-specific questions from other units
• Logging and processing incidents
• Creating and assigning the salesperson and sales hierarchy
• Assigning and maintaining order-specific identifiers for tracking

What will you need?

• Successfully completed studies or apprenticeship with a commercial background
• Professional experience in similar sector seen as advantage
• High affinity for numbers
• Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel, the ERP system Oracle and Salesforce
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
• High degree of service and customer orientation
• Target-oriented, independent and team-oriented way of working paired with an open-minded and decisive personality
