About the Role U District Bouldering Project is currently looking for a Facilities Care Specialist, who's responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and presentable facility at each Bouldering Project. Facilities Care Specialists are an integral part of the in-house management and maintenance of the building's environment at the local facility level and are primarily responsible for the cleanliness of the facility. These staff members have direct impact on the experience of every individual that walks through the door, from a first impression of the space to a lasting experience, these staff help create a welcoming and healthy environment. General Responsibilities Cleaning Perform regular cleaning duties including but not limited to taking out trash, high dusting, sweeping & mopping of restroom and shower floors, regular cleaning of restroom areas, wiping down mirrors and ensuring that all custodial related assignments are completed as assigned by the Manager of Facilites. Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables (e.g. soap) Maintain the cold plunge and sauna through daily, weekly, and quarterly check-lists Maintains a clean, organized, and presentable facility Performs regular bathroom and facility walkthroughs, immediately remedying instances in need of attention Requirements What You’ll Bring Attention to detail Strong initiative Strong work ethic Ability to follow procedures and work independently.
