This leadership position combines clinical expertise with strategic oversight, aimed at enhancing primary care services and improving patient outcomes. The successful candidate will lead a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, patient-centered family medicine while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the primary care setting. Key Responsibilities Provide expert family medicine care to patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic health conditions effectively. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary primary care team to improve clinical practices and patient care quality. Develop and implement primary care strategies, protocols, and policies to optimize service delivery. Coordinate patient care pathways and collaborate with specialists to ensure integrated healthcare services. Monitor clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and quality improvement initiatives within the primary care department. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices. Engage in continuous professional development and encourage team learning and development. Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Family Medicine. Board certification in Family Medicine is required. Valid and current medical license to practice in Sharjah/UAE. Proven clinical experience as a Family Medicine Physician with leadership or supervisory roles preferred. Strong knowledge of primary care management and healthcare quality improvement. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and drive organizational goals.
