We are seeking a skilled Specialist in Family Medicine for our hospitals in UAE. The Specialist Family Medicine physician will be responsible for diagnosing, managing, and preventing a broad spectrum of health conditions in patients of all ages. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive and multidisciplinary environment. Responsibilities Provide expert evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of common and complex medical conditions in patients of all age groups. Deliver preventive health care, including immunizations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling. Manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and respiratory illnesses effectively. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records following institutional protocols. Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Participate actively in clinical audits, continuing medical education, and quality improvement initiatives. Educate patients and communities on health promotion and disease prevention. Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid specialization or certification in Family Medicine. Possession of a valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain one. Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in Family Medicine or equivalent primary care role. Strong clinical skills in managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
