Why this role matters The Salvation Army’s (TSA) Family Violence Services provide specialist, client‑centred support to adult and child victim‑survivors experiencing or recovering from family violence. Through outreach case management, crisis response and recovery‑focused interventions, the program delivers safe, effective and empowering support grounded in a feminist framework. This role plays a vital part in increasing safety, wellbeing and long‑term recovery for victim‑survivors. About the role As a Specialist Family Violence Practitioner, this is your opportunity to deliver high‑quality outreach case management and crisis response to victim‑survivors seeking safety and support. You will work with adults and children experiencing family violence, providing assessment, planning, advocacy and coordinated interventions that promote empowerment, safety and recovery. Reporting to the Team Leader, this is a Fixed-Term Full Time (part-time negotiable, 0.8 FTE) position based onsite in Windsor, Victoria. Conditions Compensation is in accordance with the SCHADS Award – Level 5.
