Role and Key Responsibilities: · Oversee daily F&A operations (AP, AR, GL, Reconciliation, Month-end close) · 5–8+ years of F&A experience with 1–3 years in team handling · Ensure SLA/KPI adherence (TAT, accuracy, productivity) · Review transactions, reconciliations, and financial reports for accuracy & compliance · Drive timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures · Lead, coach, and manage a team of analysts/executives · Conduct performance reviews, training, and skill development · Manage workload allocation and resource planning · Act as primary point of contact for clients/business stakeholders · Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction · Conduct regular governance calls and present performance metrics · Identify automation/efficiency opportunities (RPA, Lean, Six Sigma) · Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance (SOX, audit readiness) · Standardizing SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives · Track and publish MIS dashboards (KPIs, SLAs, productivity) · Analyze trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making Key Skills and knowledge: · SLA adherence (%) · Accuracy/error rate · Productivity (volume/FTE) · Month-end close timelines · Client satisfaction (CSAT) · Escalation reduction · Strong knowledge of R2R processes in Property / Real estate Domain · Leadership & people management · Stakeholder communication & client handling · Analytical & problem-solving skills · ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Excel/Power BI Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA, CA-Inter preferred) Disclaimer: 'Neither Concentrix nor any authorized 3rd party who assist with our recruitment process, ever ask candidates for ‘recruitment’, ‘processing’ or any other kind of fees in exchange for offer letters from Concentrix.
