  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations or similar field and previous internal communications experience (work in a large corporate setting or professional services organization is an asset)
  • Exceptional storytelling and editing skills in English and French—knowledge of Spanish is also an asset
  • A meticulous eye for detail, excellent time management and organizational skills, and strong judgment
  • Ability to create communications on a wide range of subject matter and across different formats (e.g. email, internal social media platforms, speeches)
  • Strong experience in partnering with generative AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity in developing clear, concise, and engaging content
  • Experience in basic video editing to deliver content in a variety of formats
  • Experience in managing metrics: analyzing campaign performance and making a data-driven recommendation on next steps

Due to the nature of the role having interactions with national and global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.
