FORTEL ARE SOURCING EXPERIENCED SPECIALIST FITTER FABRICATOR TO WORK ON THE HS2 INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT. YOU WILL BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE HEAVY CIVILS TEAM ACROSS THE MIDLAND’S ELEMENT OF HS2. A 5-YEAR PROJECT, SEES A MAJOR UPTURN IN DELIVERY INTENSITY AND A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR INDIVIDUALS TO PROGRESS THEIR CAREERS AND SHAPE OUR SUSTAINABLE TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE.

To be considered you must have:

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of mobile and fixed plant equipment, including but not limited to crushers, conveyors, screens, pumps, and generators.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance plans to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce the likelihood of breakdowns.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
