REQUIREMENTS

• Strong technical background and hands-on experience in lubricant additives, particularly in the hydraulic additive package formulation
• Senior laboratory technician with job experience over 10 years, or chemist or similar educational background with Bachelor/Master/PhD with job experience over 5 years
• Knowledge on test methods related to the lubricant industry
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading technical projects
• Effective communication and representation skills for international collaboration
• Ability to provide technical training and support to diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving skills for handling customer complaints and QM investigations
• Experience in process optimization and improvement in a production environment
• Creativity and solution orientation, considers new approaches to old problems
• Entrepreneurial skills, self starter that doesn’t wait to be told what to do, takes action quickly to accomplish goals
• Being a team player and cultural awareness is expected
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
