Who you are: Run and monitor: Execute and track TM1/SAC/SAP BW data loads and scheduled jobs; maintain calendars and SLAs. Reconciliations and fixes: Perform checks; resolve first‑line issues (attributes, hierarchies, mappings) or escalate with clear evidence. Testing support: Prepare test data, run test cases, document UAT results for model/interface/report changes. Reporting support: Refresh and maintain dashboards; update structures under guidance; publish scheduled refreshes. Cycle support: Assist CAPEX planning (SAC) and CAPEX reporting (TM1); support manufacturing finance model runs as needed. Reliability tasks: Support certificate renewals, environment readiness, and housekeeping (logs, checkpoints). Documentation and admin: Keep run books, job aids, and tickets up to date; support meetings and change reviews. Ad‑hoc analysis: Prepare extracts, reconciliations, and checks for restatements and authorization/reporting concepts. Your Role : 2–4 years in finance data operations, BI support, or EPM tooling. Hands‑on with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and strong Excel; exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud; basic SQL preferred. Detail‑oriented troubleshooter; clear communicator; disciplined with documentation. Comfortable collaborating across Finance and IT; willing to support month/quarter‑end activities. Nice to have: SAP BW/ERP familiarity; Tableau/Power BI; Python for data wrangling.
