Responsibilities
  • Hands-on support in the creation and delivery of annual, seasonal and key program communication that can be translated into tactical executions for hubs and regions.
  • Daily point-of-contact for all hubs, regions and teams for all communication requests.
  • Responsible for our monitoring platforms and the creation and delivery of global reports for all key projects, campaigns and events in partnership with Manager, Global Communications.
  • Support the development of strategies around global brand events such as fashion shows as well as local/regional events.
  • Support in the creation of internal communications around brand initiatives.
  • Crisis support and Issues management, including the creation of reports of crisis and sensitive events.
  • Organizational support including organizing briefing sessions, ensuring materials are prepared when needed, reprinting, etc.
  • Responsible for updating the Brand Portal and support in updating the newsroom.tommy.com platform.
