As a Specialist in our Global Martech Platforms team, you’ll support, evolve, and champion Eloqua across regions and business lines, ensuring marketing teams around the world can deliver highquality, scalable, automated campaigns that make an impact. *** This is a temporary position for 12 months. Your Impact In this role, you will: Enable marketing teams by guiding the use of automation to enhance journeys, nurture leads, and drive scalable engagement. Manage segmentation, contact imports, and technical QA to ensure campaigns meet governance and quality standards. Troubleshoot Eloqua issues, support daytoday user needs, and recommend platform enhancements Lead onboarding, training, and documentation initiatives, including checklists, FAQs, and SharePoint resources. Monitor ticket queues (e.g., Monday.com, Jira), triage requests, and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate closely with the Eloqua Product Owner, Martech Enablement, and Digital Martech Delivery teams to support platform evolution. Contribute to scalable operational frameworks that support global, multilingual teams and regional requirements. The Skills That Set You Apart You’ll thrive in this role if: You bring handson experience with Eloqua (or similar enterprise marketing automation platforms) in both administration and troubleshooting. You work comfortably with ticketing tools like Monday, Jira, or Trello to manage support workflows. You’re strong in data management, QA, and producing clear documentation for nontechnical users. You excel at breaking down technical concepts into clear, businessfriendly language. You navigate multilingual and multiregion operational environments with ease. You bring working knowledge of HTML/CSS, compliance considerations (GDPR, CASL), and integration concepts (APIs, CRM).
