We are currently looking to hire a new Global Performance & Reward Specialist to join our Global Performance and Rewards team in Copenhagen, Denmark.
This role will play an integral part in supporting the Global P&R team, delivering a “best in class” service to the business and overseeing and administering employee rewards and smart benefits to increase performance, organizational trust and overall satisfaction.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

• Day to Day delivery of the annual Performance cycle
• Delivery of short-term incentive processes
• Creation of supporting material e.g. training material for Performance and Incentive Programs
• Support the continuous improvement and innovation of programs under scope.
• Support the creation and delivery of Global Recognition programs.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years’ experience in Reward
• Familiarity with performance management frameworks and industry best practices.
• Proven track record in global organizational environments, navigating cross-cultural and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SuccessFactors, and various vendor management tools.
• Strong ability to develop and deliver impactful communications across diverse audiences.
• Committed to high-quality, timely execution of programs and processes.
• Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
