Generic Accountability * Organize and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy * Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to assigned team to support their overall development.  * Promote the organization’s values and ethics in all activities within the team in order to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the bank.  Budgeting and Financial Performance  * Monitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets and ensure all activities are carried out in line with the approved guidelines while promptly reporting on any variances to management.  Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures * Provide inputs and implement policies, systems and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.  Continuous Improvement * Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.  Reporting Prepare Sectional Statements and Reports Timely and Accurately To Meet Fab and Department Requirements, Policies And Quality Standards Specific Accountability * To facilitate in conducting Threat Vulnerability Risk Assessment /Physical Security Risk Assessment of the premises and coordinate with various stakeholders inside bank for closure of identified risk. * To facilitate in conducting the Cash Vault Physical Verification across UAE Branches. * Carrying out the annual Business Impact Analysis and development /maintenance of Business Continuity Plan of SVM & Corporate Services.  * To facilitate in formulating the related policy/procedures of Global Security Protection Assurance Ops. * Performing the Risk Control Self-Assessment of Global Security Protection Assurance Ops in coordination with the Governance Team. * Monitoring and forecasting physical security risk arising due to safety and security situations in the countries.  * Global monitoring of safety & security travel risk as well as the current risk and threat level of the countries where FAB is operating. * Arranging the Capability Statement for all High & Medium Risk countries where FAB is located in coordination with the vendor to find out the current evacuation alert level, evacuation options and constraints. * Providing a special knowledge and assistance to the staff on business travel regarding security, medical information for their safety and security throughout their journey. * Reporting of security incidents in Archer and work closely with various stake holders within the bank for closure including investigations of root cause of incident, reporting of incident etc. * To facilitate in maintaining the central repository of HSE & Security GIA audit and risk observations and work closely with various stake holders within the bank for closure. * To facilitate in managing the vendor of Global Security Protection Assurance Ops and ensure the timely renewal of the contract  * Managing and implementing the parking policy & allocation.  * Managing the budgets, savings, and MIS review of related to HSE & Security. * Maintaining the Emergency Response Plan nomination of Health, Safety & Environment.   Minimum Qualification * Graduate with engineering/science/ assurance background. * Minimum 5 years work experience in safety & security systems like CCTV, fire alarm and access control systems etc.  * 5 years’ relevant experience in the HSE & Security area with at least 3 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the security & safety operations function.  * Good knowledge of handling security & safety incidents. * Experience of 3-5 years in writing quality of policy/procedures * Working knowledge of management system like ISO 22301, 45001 etc. * Fluent in English with sophisticated written and verbal skills. * Strong ethics and integrity and able to manage market and other highly sensitive information responsibly, maintaining absolute confidentiality. * Willingness to travel to FAB locations, if required. * Team player, able to meet tight deadlines and manage challenging workload.   Minimum Experience 5 years’ relevant experience in the HSE & Security area with at least 3 years in similar positions in the security & safety operations function.
