Company Description As Specialist Health & Safety, you will play a key role in strengthening and coordinating AUTODOC’s occupational health and safety standards across multiple international locations. You will act as the central interface between AUTODOC and external H&S service providers, ensuring that all sites operate in full compliance with local legal requirements and corporate standards. Beyond operational support, this role has a strong coordination and governance component: identifying compliance gaps, aligning standards across countries, and driving continuous improvement of our H&S framework. Job Description Key Responsibilities Health & Safety System & Governance Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Health & Safety management system across multiple AUTODOC locations. Coordinate and harmonize H&S standards internationally, ensuring alignment between corporate requirements and local legal frameworks. Monitor, analyze, and report H&S performance indicators and compliance status. Maintain and further develop H&S documentation, processes, and reporting structures. International Compliance & Service Provider Coordination Act as the primary coordination point between AUTODOC and external H&S service providers in different countries. Review and assess local compliance status, identify gaps, and initiate corrective measures where required. Ensure that local legal requirements are properly implemented and documented. Support audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions in cooperation with local stakeholders. Operational & Strategic Support Participate in incident and accident investigations, root cause analyses, and risk assessments. Support the implementation of training programs and awareness initiatives for employees and management. Contribute to strategic H&S initiatives at global level. Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders regarding occupational safety, health management, and environmental protection topics. Qualifications What We Expect Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Health & Safety, ideally within logistics, automotive, warehouse operations, or comparable industrial environments. Proven experience in coordinating or managing H&S topics across multiple sites or countries. Strong understanding of legal H&S compliance frameworks and practical implementation. Experience working with external service providers and regulatory authorities. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify compliance gaps and implement structured solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to operate confidently in an international environment. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Willingness to travel occasionally.
