PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Higher education in a relevant field or the equivalent combination of education and experience;
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar or related role;
- Strong understanding of hedge fund structures and financial instruments;
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in investment reporting;
- Experience with fund legal documents (OM, LPAs, IMAs) and a strong understanding of the capital call process, including investor commitments, drawdowns, and fund distributions, as well as subscription and redemption mechanisms;
- Analytical, and detail-oriented with a strong ability to meticulously review financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly to ensure the accuracy of Fund investor reports;
- Solid communication and project management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, fund investors, external administrators, and hedge fund managers;
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to meet reporting deadlines and effectively coordinate tasks;
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions efficiently;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity when dealing with sensitive investor information;
