Job Title: Specialist, HR Business Partner Job Description: The Role: Entegris is seeking a Specialist, HRBP to join our team base in Hsinchu, Taiwan. This role is responsible for the efficient execution of core HR operational processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of HR activities. Serving as the backbone of HR operations, this position provides day-to-day administrative support to employees, managers, and HR leadership. In addition, this role will manage staffing for Taiwan and support TMD in-house training programs and related initiatives. In this role you will: Manage end-to-end HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and personnel records. Support HR documentation, SOP updates and internal process improvement. Assist in executing TMD in-house training programs to ensure alignment with organizational needs. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of staffing and training initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement. Assist in organizing and supporting employee network activities to enhance engagement and inclusion. Configure and maintain annual working calendars aligned with multiple shift patters and ensured the compliance Act as the Taiwan HRIS point of contact, coordinating system-related matters Assist in HR digitalization or automation initiatives as assigned Support daily HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations. Successful execution of TMD internal training programs that enhance employee skills and development. Demonstrated improvement in employee engagement through participation in training and employee network activities. Ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on HR data and program evaluations. Smooth and efficient handling of HR administrative tasks that contribute to overall departmental performance.
