Ford Business Solutions is looking for an HR Solutions Advisor – fixed-term to join our Local HR Team in our Váci Greens office. We're looking for an experienced HR professional to support our European Business Services organization across HR operations, payroll governance, compensation & benefits, compliance, and employee engagement. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys improving processes, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This role is a fixed-term position with an expected duration until end of September 2027, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to key HR initiatives within the FBS Europe team.
