Job Responsibilities: 任职资格 教育程度:大学本科及以上学历,人力资源管理专业优先。 工作经验: 有3年以上人力资源相关工作经验,熟悉薪酬福利模块及员工培训发展模块,同时对其他模块有一定了解的可优先。 专业技能要求:熟悉国家及地方有关劳动与人事管理的相关法律法规,熟练掌握并运用人力资源专业管理知识,具备制造型企业人力资源管理经验者优先,熟悉SAP系统或Workday系统者优先。 能力要求:具备较强的执行力、团队合作与执行力,具备良好的沟通能力 、协调能力,具备较强的数据分析能力,具备较好的英语听、说、读、写能力, 其他特殊要求:无 *如有相关工作经验或者表现优异,或应届毕业生表现优异者,以上任职资格要求可适当放宽 主要岗位职责 1.人员规划及人员预测 1)协助业务部门和HR经理制定人力规划(包括年度人力资源预算,并提交每月预测); 2.组织架构优化 1)根据公司发展战略、业务部门业务需求,评估并参与各部门组织架构的优化; 2)协助部门推动管理变革,分析、诊断并解决组织问题; 3. 参与业务部门的HR各模块管理,实现HR事务良性发展 依据业务部门人员规划和年度招聘计划,与招聘团队协作以跟踪人员到位状况,同时按照公司合规要求跟踪线上及线下的招聘流程以保证数据准时,准确; 依据员工的入职、晋升、转岗,主导并推动业务部门对人员的评估及转正流程的推进; 执行公司薪酬管理的政策和规定,包括但不限于薪资核算及发放,配合总部执行年度全面薪酬调研及分析,实时平衡公司薪酬竞争力和公司方人员成本可控性。; 协助业务部门和HR经理完成月度的HR各项数据指标分析,并保证线上及线下的相关数据在录入及变更过程中的健康、完善、准确,并符合麦格纳合规要求; 协助HR经理推行人员发展及培训项目和麦格纳企业文化的贯彻,并持续提升组织敬业度; 协助业务部门和HR经理建立人才发展地图和继任者梯队项目,并跟踪系统相关数据的更新; 针对涉及员工关系的特殊事件,进行调研分析并提供合规合理的解决方案,以保证组织员工关系和谐健康。 4. 推动公司重点项目在公司的落地与执行 1) 支持EOS(员工满意度调查)项目在公司的实施; 2)支持并推动Mafact在公司的实施; )参与业务伙伴的相关项目,跟进并评估项目人员及人力成本情况; 4)推动公司其他重点项目。 5. 遵守与执行体系要求 1)遵循国家和政府有关劳动、人事、教育培训、企业标准、民事诉讼等方面的法律法规及其他要求; 2)认真贯彻执行国家、行业管理部门及公司环境保护、安全生产法规和政策; 3)学习并掌握Mafact相关内容。 6.领导交办的其他业务 完成领导交办的其他业务。 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
