Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role You will have the opportunity to create and analyze HR reports, to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will play a vital role in ensuring data accuracy and enhancing reporting processes. Create and maintain weekly and monthly HR reports, collecting, cleaning, and validating data Analyze trends and results to provide actionable insights and support business decisions Implement and monitor robust data quality controls to ensure accuracy and consistency Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards in all reporting activities Streamline and enhance reporting processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and automation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative reporting solutions and tools Adapt reporting workflows to meet evolving business needs and expectations Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage and optimize HR reporting processes. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role (experience in HR reporting is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with additional knowledge of tools like Tableau as a plus Familiarity with HR systems and databases, such as SAP HR Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment Fluency in English and reading skills in German Please send us your CV in English.
