Job Description Drives delivery of training services as defined in department or team scope and yearly operational department or team plans Manages and monitors induction trainings incl. planning, logistics, training conduction, data collection, evaluations, reports Supports regular and needs based training needs analysis and elaboration of suitable training programs Develops, sets-up and conducts trainings in defined areas incl. training curriculum definition, training content and material creation, conduction and monitoring Provides advice and subject matter expertise in the area of training, within HR community and towards the business Ensures adherence to globally defined policies, processes, tools and frameworks Qualifications Degree: Master’s degree in Human Resources Experience: Working experience is required. French language, fluently spoken and writing.
