Total Number of Openings 1 Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Specialist, HSE - Environment located in Jurong Island, Singapore through 07 Nov 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (Singapore Time). Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Provide Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) subject matter expertise (SME) to the facility. Steward the Environment Risk Management Process (ERMP) which covers: Environment Risk Assessment and Management (ERAM). Third-Party Waste Stewardship (TWS), for managing waste disposal at third-party facilities. Site Residual Impact Risk Management (SRIRM), for managing risks associated with residual environmental impacts. Physical Risk from Climate Change (PRCC), for identifying potential physical risks to the facility associated with future climate changes. Manage environmental and regulatory licenses and permits. Facilitate data acquisition, management and reporting to meet permit and corporate requirements across all environmental media (air, Green House Gas (GHG), water, waste and biodiversity). Maintain ISO 14001 certification and Responsible Care. Lead in the continual improvement of the environmental management system and environmental initiatives. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and engages externally with government and regulatory agencies in environmental and legal compliance matters Facilitate regular field inspections to ensure compliance in areas of safety health and environment. Support Control of Work (COW) field activities and assurance. Support Contractor Operation Excellence Management (COEM) field activities and assurance. Required Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental), Engineering or a related discipline. 5 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environmental or related discipline in the refinery, petrochemical or chemical industry. Strong planning, facilitation and communications skills. Able to work independently and a team player. Registered WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) officer will be an added advantage. Experience in ISO 14001, Responsible Care, Hazardous Substances and Water Efficiency management will be an added advantage. Familiar with Chevron Operation Excellence Management System (OEMS) will be an added advantage. Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
