Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proactive and diligent Specialist - Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) to join our team dedicated to ensuring safe and sustainable practices at our MBS Stadium project. In this vital role, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of health and safety across the project site. You will play a critical role in promoting a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with both company regulations and local legislation. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections and HSE audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Develop and implement HSE training programs for employees and contractors, fostering a culture of safety awareness. Assist in the preparation of risk assessments and safety plans for various project activities. Monitor and report on key HSE performance indicators, analyzing trends and providing recommendations for improvement. Respond to safety incidents and accidents, conducting thorough investigations to determine root causes and prevent recurrence. Collaborate with project managers and site teams to integrate HSE practices into project planning and execution. Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, incidents, audits, and training sessions. Stay current with HSE legislation and best practices, ensuring the company remains compliant. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction or large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards. Proven track record of implementing effective HSE management systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and promote a positive safety culture. Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software.
