About the Role Lead by example by adhering to all Company and Client policies, procedures, and standards, and actively encourage others to do the same. Conduct risk assessments in line with Company requirements and communicate findings promptly. Engage regularly with management and supervisors to discuss and address HSEQ matters. Investigate, or support the investigation of, workplace incidents to ensure accurate reporting and effective corrective actions. Work collaboratively across teams to maintain strong productivity and deliver high quality service outcomes. About YouTo be successful in this position, you will demonstrate: A current Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety. Strong interpersonal skills and confident, clear communication. A proven commitment to safe work practices and sound environmental stewardship. Experience within the mining sector or a comparable heavy industry environment. A valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
