Job Roles/Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, you will play an integral role in coordinating HR activities including but not limited to talent acquisition, onboarding and coordination of other HR related support to the business. You will work closely with the key stakeholders as a reference point for end-to-end HR services. Specifically, you will be responsible to: complete recruitment activities in line with agreed KPIs, approved budget, and institutional policies prepare job advertisements, shortlist applications, arrange and conduct interviews of shortlisted candidates make employment offers to the selected candidates ensure smooth induction, orientation, and onboarding activities in coordination with the relevant departments ensure the accuracy of the data in the HRMS and generate various reports for the business understand business dynamics, strengthen business relationships, and provide quick service to the stakeholders participate in various HR initiatives and projects in order to contribute to the success of the business. Requirements: You should have: a Masters degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent at least three years of relevant experience with a large and multi-discipline organization. Experience working with research teams would be preferred the ability to translate complex processes into simple and user-friendly processes the ability to maintain continuous professional development and knowledge of market best practices the ability to engage and influence peers and senior stakeholders across the organization proficiency in MS Office the ability to cope up with a fast-paced environment the focus on priorities, deliverables, and strong follow-up achieving KPIs/goals the capacity for multitasking and promoting a customer-oriented approach Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
