(Retailer) Porsche Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate professional to join us as Specialist Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering core HR operations and services to stakeholders across the employee lifecycle, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee engagement, while also strengthening organisational effectiveness and fostering a positive employee experience. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices, while addressing organisational needs and delivering HR solutions. Provide day-to-day HR operational support related to the employee lifecycle, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee engagement, and other HR activities. Manage recruitment activities and provide valuable insights to ensure a seamless end-to-end hiring process, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, advising on candidate selection, and managing offers. Oversee onboarding processes to deliver a positive and welcoming employee experience, covering first-day preparation, orientation programmes, documentation, and system updates. Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies, including payroll calculations, deductions, statutory contributions, and reporting. Support and coordinate training and development initiatives, including training logistics, maintaining records, and following up on learning outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files, and any other HR related documentations. Implement employee engagement activities and support HR projects, such as employee surveys and digitalisation initiatives. Stay informed on employment practices and support compliance with relevant regulations. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant HR working experience. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices. Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and various HR technology tools. A team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Proactive and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to follow-through. Passionate and driven, self-motivated, with a positive learning attitude and the ability to work independently. Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
