The Specialist 1, Product Marketing – NBS supports the execution of marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and advocacy across product segments. This entry-level role contributes to event planning, campaign coordination, and community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player eager to learn and grow within a dynamic marketing environment.

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events to promote brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events and community activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, campaign briefs, and content in alignment with brand standards.
  • Help gather and analyze performance data from campaigns and events to inform future strategies.
  • Maintain marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot), ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Stay informed on marketing trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and insights.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions and project planning.

**Pay Range for this role is - $50,000 - $55,000

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

EXPERIENCE:

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, internships or relevant coursework preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience with educational software or other education environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.

COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
