By joining us as a Specialist I, Order Entry, you will provide excellent support for Fluid and Motion Control trade operations regarding order entry and processing. You will act as an interface between sales offices and representatives to manage sales orders efficiently. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Check the order documents for completeness. * Enter data, orders, and items into the Business System for all orders from different customers. * Coordinate with support groups and/or regional offices to complete customers’ requests. * Identify issues that need customer concern. * Attend meetings with other functional groups to discuss operations, process updates, issues, and challenges. * Log individual productivity daily. Who You Are: You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports. You are proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving efficiently. For This Role, You Will Need: * Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course. * 6 months of relevant experience in order/data entry. * Proficiency in English communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Excellent typing skills.
