As a Technical Sales Specialist at Knauf Tirana Shpk, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by creating and presenting technical specifications for building projects. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and investors to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills. What you’ll be doing? Key Job Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads within the target market. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and investors to understand project requirements. Create and present technical specifications for building materials. Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. What we’d love for you to have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in technical sales within the building materials industry. Strong understanding of construction processes and materials. Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies.
