POSITION SUMMARY:

The Specialist, Administration will be the liaison between both sales, marketing and finance. This position will support the execution and administrative requirements of Samsung’s key marketing strategies and promotions for the assigned Carrier account. Incumbent is responsible to initiate, develop, and manage administration requirements for Mobile Communications (MC) products, marketing programs, product launches, product branding, and sell-through programs in both Carrier B2C and B2B channels.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Administration or equivalent work experience

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
  • Read and interpret marketing documents, media materials, and contracts (or related documents) based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy.
  • Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for internal and external personnel at all levels, especially in the sales and marketing, logistical, or financial areas of clients, prospects, and company.
  • Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years’ related experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Initiate and manage product marketing plans and programs to successfully follow internal processes, meet corporate timing targets allowing carrier teams to execute programs on time and according to internal guidelines. This will be accomplished through the development of : marketing support, internal collaboration with channel and marketing teams, & understanding of finance rules and guidelines
  • Serve as primary SECA interface to manage and support cross-functional teams, to collaborate on joint business processes, and sales execution
  • Maintain close and frequent working relationships with SECA finance, sales and marketing to optimize execution and follow up of marketing and sales programs
  • Track and reconcile quarterly market development funds budget and related spend activities and objectives with partner
