By joining us as a Specialist II Logistics, you will provide post-sales support to Emerson Process Management Australia and New Zealand in terms of order management and non-technical inquiries to meet the customer’s need for information, support, and reports related to Logistics. In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in providing excellent customer service to Emerson as a member of the Manila Australia-New Zealand Alliance Team (MANZAT) organization. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: To coordinate with Suppliers, factory representatives, Inside Sales, and Customer Support Teams to monitor the status of orders, buyouts, shipment holds, shipment status, and inspections. To generate reports and keep Logistics-related tools up to date (e.g. ANZ Calculator and Shipment Lag) To resolve Logistics-related PO issues to speed up delivery of orders To manage customer order records and request dates in the system and customer portals. To assist in workload management and help optimize work processes. To participate in initiatives within the functional unit. Who You Are: You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports. You can proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers. You're interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course. Minimum 1.5 years of actual experience in order management, data entry, data administration, or customer support functions. Proficiency in the English language. General understanding of the quote-to-cash process.
