In this role, you will: Validate the completeness of purchase order requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance. Accurately enter orders into the business system in a timely manner. Coordinate with relevant functional teams or personnel to resolve order-related issues and ensure all customer instructions and requirements are properly followed. Expedite and escalate order concerns to ensure prompt resolution. Respond to customer inquiries and requests. Support team operations through back-up responsibilities and workload sharing Conduct audit on processed orders of other team members. Well-organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, you excel in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills enable you to build effective relationships and collaborate seamlessly with others. For this role, you will need: Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course. 2.5 years of relevant experience in customer service and order management doing order entry, customer service, or administration. Specific knowledge of Business System tools such as Oracle, and email management tool. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
