Payroll Specialist II will analyze payroll data and related expenses to provide insight for the management team. This position works closely with internal/external stakeholders.   Responsibilities: * Review and validate payroll data in accordance with payroll cycles to ensure accurate and timely wage payments * Establish and maintain effective processes to ensure the timely and accurate collection of payroll data * Audit, maintain, and ensure data integrity across employee records, payroll systems, and time & attendance database * Analyze payroll expenses and workforce data to provide reports to the management * Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner * Prepare payroll tax filing, W-2s, and amendments as required * Supply payroll records for internal/external stakeholders as needed * Perform any other payroll-related duties as assigned * Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards: 1. Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain 2. Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container * Perform other duties as assigned   Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent, relevant experience   Experience: * 3+ years of corporate payroll processing or related experience in manufacturing industry   Skills: * Experience with ADP payroll strongly preferred * Experience with SAP or other ERP and benefits systems is preferred * Strong understanding of corporate payroll functions * Strong judgment and discretion with highly confidential information * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel)
