Job Title: Specialist II, Security Location: Queen Creek, AZ Summary: The Security Specialist II serves as a cross-functional security leader responsible for protecting personnel, assets, information, and operations across the facility. This role requires a strong communicator and relationship builder who can translate corporate security strategy into operational execution. The Specialist II must demonstrate balanced capability in physical security operations, baseline cybersecurity awareness, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities: Interpret and communicate corporate security policies to employees, contractors, and visitors Serve as liaison between teams, including but not limited to Security, IT, Operations, EHS, HR, and executive leadership Prepare professional reports including risk assessments and incident summaries Support communication with Korean headquarters and global stakeholders Oversee access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and visitor management Conduct vulnerability assessments and lead security investigations Maintain working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and coordinate with IT Security Develop and deliver security awareness training programs Manage third-party security vendors and performance accountability Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, or related field 3 years of experience in physical, corporate security, or related field Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred Experience with FTZ or regulatory compliance preferred Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong stakeholder management capability Knowledge of physical and information security principles Ability to analyze risk and present executive-ready recommendations High integrity and professional discretion Ability to operate in fast-paced, multicultural environments Why should you work here? 1.
