This People Services (PS) position is an integral member of the leadership team for assigned segments of the business, acting as the trusted advisor on strategic human resources (HR) and other matters which impact business results.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years in an office/customer service environment or human resources role
  • High School Diploma

    The Wage Range for the role is $24.50 - $36.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Provide onboarding, monitoring, research and administrative support hiring managers in the Village
  • Ensure people services activities are aligned with DaVita’s culture, values, and mission, executing on PS strategy to support the needs of the business
  • Partner with other corporate PS functions (e.g., Teammate Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting), acting as internal consultant and strategist to deliver positive business results
  • Ensure adherence to people services policies and compliance
  • Maintain various databases of information to initiate, update, maintain onboarding processes and adjudicate basic screenings
