What you will do with us

As part of our back office financing, you will support corporate loan commitments from the credit decision to implementation, assess risks and collateral, and ensure high-quality processing of financing transactions.

• You analyze and vote on corporate client engagements : Based on financial documents, collateral, and other decision-relevant information, you prepare credit recommendations for standardized engagements and are subsequently responsible for the credit-side implementation of the financing decisions.
• You oversee payments – including those involving subsidies : You manage and monitor payments, including the integration of subsidies, and keep track of deadlines, conditions, and valuation dates.
• You monitor ongoing engagements : With a trained eye for risks and opportunities, you observe existing engagements and ensure that developments are identified early on.
• You work closely with the corporate client advisors : As a credit expert in the back office, you contribute your professional assessment, clarify credit-related questions and support high-quality processing of corporate client engagements.
• You contribute ideas and improve processes : You think outside the box, question existing procedures and actively drive process improvements – your perspective counts with us.

What you bring

• You are at home in the credit environment: You have completed banking training or have a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have practical experience in back-office lending, loan processing, or credit analysis in corporate banking.
• You work carefully and independently: You are characterized by an organized, precise and responsible work style – quality is a given for you.
• You possess strong judgment: You can analyze economic documents, assess risks, and derive well-founded credit-related decisions from them.
• You are team-oriented and take responsibility: You enjoy working in a team, actively contribute, and take responsibility for your tasks.
• You like to think ahead: You enjoy questioning processes, contributing new ideas, and initiating improvements.
• You are customer- and service-oriented: Even without direct customer contact, you are aware that your work significantly contributes to the satisfaction of our corporate clients .
