Job Description Organizes and settles business trips Manages calendars, including organizing client meetings and events Supports the preparation and circulation of documents and emails Provides administrative support based on the specific role of a supervisor Takes ownership of all inquiries and problems, resolving or escalating issues as appropriate Builds a network of relationships with the Executive Assistants team in different regions Qualifications Strong organizational skills and high levels of self-motivation Fluent in both Polish and English languages Proactive work approach with the ability to make appropriate decisions Strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently High levels of confidentiality and resilience in a busy role Ability to build and maintain networks and relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, facilitating access to stakeholder diaries Additional Information This is an entry-level role Implementation package - introductory and content-related training, tutor support (Buddy Program) Comprehensive medical care Additional insurance Cafeteria platform where you can use a wide range of e-vouchers and a MultiSport card Soft and technical skills training programs work model Development opportunities within the company This is a hybrid position with monthly visits to our office in Katowice We are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.
