Employment Type: Multiple Permanent, Temporary and Casual Positions Available Classification: Staff Specialist 1-5 / Senior Staff Specialist (603856, 602000) Total Salary Range - $265,607 to $358,114 (pro rata for part-time positions) excluding Attraction and Retention Incentive Base Salary - $204,936 to $274,696 (pro rata for part-time). The starting salary will be negotiated based on the candidate's experience and expertise. Additional Allowances - Includes a Private Practice Scheme Allowance and an on-call allowance (17.4%25 of base salary plus Private Practice Allowance). Superannuation: 12.5%25 of the base salary. The position holder is expected to operate within the Public Sector Management Act (1994), the ACT Public Service Code of Conduct and the professional requirements specified by the appointee’s Specialist College.
