Actively manage high-risk loan exposures: You identify high-risk loan exposures early, analyze economic developments, and independently manage restructuring cases from early risk detection to stabilization of the exposure. In doing so, you take into account regulatory requirements as well as the bank's quality and risk strategy.
Professionally manage restructuring processes: You will oversee and monitor restructuring projects of varying complexity and support the implementation of appropriate measures to mitigate risks and secure receivables. This involves negotiating with borrowers, consultants, and other stakeholders, and contributing to the development of viable solutions.
Prepare thorough analyses and decisions: You critically analyze creditworthiness documents, restructuring reports, and key financial figures, and prepare credit decisions in a way that is tailored to the recipients. Furthermore, you draft contracts, memos, credit and risk reports, and other decision-relevant documents.
Collaborate across departments: Together with internal specialists and experts from restructuring, liquidation, and market sectors, you will ensure professional management of the investments. You will also provide support in complex restructuring and insolvency processes, as well as in audits and technical coordination.
Driving quality and continuous improvement: You will contribute to quality assurance in restructuring management, support ongoing reporting, and actively participate in the further development of processes, standards, and cross-functional collaboration. Solid banking qualifications: You have completed vocational training as a bank clerk. Furthermore, you possess comprehensive knowledge of lending or corporate banking.
Experience in loan restructuring and credit risk: You possess practical experience in managing high-risk loan exposures, conducting creditworthiness assessments, or handling restructuring and reorganization cases. Knowledge of analyzing financial documents completes your profile.
