Your future starts here As a Specialist Corporate Actions, you will work in the Banking Process Solutions BPS division and ensure efficient, error-free and daily processing of day-to-day business in accordance with SLA and process specifications. You will take responsibility for operational implementation, monitor processes, analyse key figures and support the management of the team. Handles the day-to-day business and ensures that it is completed on time Controls/monitors and orders measures Controls/monitors and orders measures Deputises for the team leader Direct contact with internal and external customers, suppliers, etc. Specialist responsibility Your skills Completed apprenticeship with specialised further training Some years of professional experience in banking operations, ideally in a BPO environment Very good knowledge of banking processes (payment transactions or securities) and common banking applications Strong quality awareness, combined with a forward-looking and structured way of working Analytical and holistic thinking, strong communication skills, problem-solving skills and a high level of professionalism Fluent in German, good skills in English and French is a big plus As a well-established team of around 25 employees, we attach great importance to quality and contribute our expertise with great commitment.
